So I decided to start my blog with a small sumary of our family. Kevin and I met in 1999 and went on exactly 3 dates at which time we decided we didn't like each other I guess. We didn't go out again or even see each other for a year and a half. In April of 2001 we happened to run into each other and for some strange reason Kevin asked me out and for some even stanger reason I said yes. I mean after all we had tried this once already and it didn't work out. Well this time it did work out, we ended up dating for 2 year and then we were married on April 17, 2003.
After 3 years of work and marriage life we welcomed Kaitlyn to our family in October of 2006. The past 4 years have been so much fun watching her learn and grow and develop her sassy attitude. She is so much fun and if you haven't already figured it out this blog will mostly be about her and the crazy things she does. I think my need to remember and share the fun times with her is my main motivation for starting this blog.
Kaitlyn's new thing is to take off her socks and stuff all of her toys into them. When I do laundry I have to check inside her socks for toys, crayons, chapstick, markers, and tissues. My favorite thing she does with her socks though is when she dresses her dolls in them. She began putting them on as their pants and then adds whatever else she can for the rest of the outfit. In the picture you will notice that her Prince Charming doll is dressed in a sock on the bottom, has Kaitlyn's underwear wrapped around the top of him and then has a Fazoodle and a bridal bouquet for her build a bear on his head. Oh and don't forget the pretty pink wig wrapped around him. He looks awesome. I am pretty sure he is ready for the ball. She loves dressing her toys.
